American Express Transaction Fetch Problem

We are currently investigating an error that Corduroy customers are receiving when trying to download transactions from a linked American Express account stating:
"Client application or version is not supported by this server."
We will update this page when more information is available.
Update: As of 2:45pm on March 1, Corduroy is again able to fetch transactions from linked American Express accounts. American Express had changed the location of their server that provides data to Corduroy.
